The timing couldn't have been better as I had vowed, as a single mother, to hang on to the home until the last of the four children left. We had interviewed 4 different agents to get an idea of pricing and services offered. One agent was only interested in getting the listing and gave us very low starting price. The other two agents were a little more in line with what we thought the property was worth, but did not have very sophisticated marketing plans. Dean (and his group) met with us a couple of time before even giving us a suggested listing prices and when we did meet he had a complete market analysis of the recent contracts in the area as well as a detailed market plan, including stagers, photographers, web- and print-based marketing plan.
