Dean's knowledge of the area helped us to narrow down our search and his willingness to schedule showings on short notice on the weekends and evenings allowed us to see many suitable homes in the relevant areas. As first time home buyers we also benefited from Dean's experience as he knows the ins and outs of the home buying process.
We had interviewed 4 different agents to get an idea of pricing and services offered. One agent was only interested in getting the listing and gave us very low starting price. The other two agents were a little more in line with what we thought the property was worth, but did not have very sophisticated marketing plans. Dean (and his group) met with us a couple of time before even giving us a suggested listing prices and when we did meet he had a complete market analysis of the recent contracts in the area as well as a detailed market plan, including stagers, photographers, web- and print-based marketing plan. After the sale, he and his team continued to be very helpful in arranging tradesmen and all the other little things that can drive you mad before the closing. We can out of it whole and generally content with the results. Our unhappiness lies in having to leave our only home of 35 years.
