Dean Rouso is the Senior Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at Baird & Warner. He leads the New Client Development Group and developed and taught online lead conversion strategies, real estate team development and coaching, and agent business planning programs. Dean has also created Baird & Warner's exclusive E-Biz Certification for advanced sales techniques. He manages the Relocation and Balance departments in addition to being the Residential Sales Liaison for Baird and Warner IT. He is a principal contributor in creating the 2023-2024 launch of B&W's cutting edge best of class tech stack.
Dean began his real estate career in 1998 and was recognized as New Associate of the Year by Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in the Midwest regions. Dean founded one of the first real estate teams in Illinois and in 2007 opened a Nationally recognized boutique brokerage in LaGrange,IL. The brokerage became part of Baird & Warner in 2012, and Dean was appointed as Director of Sales Development. He has served as President of Midwest Real Estate Data's board of directors and board President of Mainstreet Organization of REALTORS®.
Dean has received multiple awards and recognition for his contributions to the real estate industry, including being named REALTOR® of the Year by Mainstreet Organization of REALTORS® and receiving MRED's Distinguished Service Award. He has also served on the board of directors of the National Association of REALTORS® and the Illinois Association of REALTORS® License Law Working Group.
Dean has served on the board of directors of the West Suburban Chamber of Commerce, the Community Nurse Association, and the H Foundation for Cancer Research. He was honored as Business Leader of the Year by the West Suburban Chamber of Commerce.
During Dean’s real estate sales career, he has helped over 1000 clients buy and sell homes.
